What should i turn to if i want to mod my Max OS, but no experience at all in computer programming?
I cant even understand the mechanics of a Hello World program.
Are there classes, online courses, or books that could help?
Would a online or one-on-one instructor suffice?

What about the Mac OS do you want to mod? There are plenty of hacks and enhancements available that require no programming. And these enhancements have less chance of making your computer unusable than if you start tinkering around “under the hood.”
