gotham writer’s workshop

Has anyone ever tried the Gotham writer’s workshop?
It’s a writing workshop in NYC. A lot of people have told me that I should go there. Has anyone ever tried it? How was it?
My friend did it. She took one full day workshop. She said that it was very intense, because you have to write and evaluate all stories and then… write some more. But, you learn and spend some time with creative people and that is always a good energy source.
